Diary Free Apple Overnight Oats

If like me, you're sometimes looking for a sweet fix in the mornings, then these overnight apple oats are super yummy, and a great quick and easy grab and go breakfast solution!


Protein-packed, full of fiber and low on fat, oats are designed to boost your energy levels and help you lead a healthy lifestyle! This breakfast bowl is power packed with vitamins, antioxidants protein and fibre and will keep you full and satisfied for hours!


Apple overnight oats

Phase 4 Onwards

Serves 1

Ingredients

40grams steel cut or gluten free oats

1 teaspoon goji berries or raisins

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

100ml Apple Juice

1 apple, such as Cox or Pink Lady, cored and grated

1 tsp ground flaxseed

1 tsp nut butter of choice

1 tbsp plain soya or coconut yogurt

10g chopped almonds

Directions

1. Combine the oats, goji berries or raisins and cinnamon in a bowl.

2. Stir in the almond milk, cover and chill overnight.

3. The next morning, stir through the grated apple, ground flaxseed, nut butter and yoghurt.

4. Scatter over the nuts and serve.
